Founder
Hi, I'm Candace
I've spent my career helping others build learning environments where children and adults can thrive. I've been a classroom teacher, a school leader, a coach, consultant and national trainer.I started La Flecha to offer personalized, hands-on support to people, organizations, and schools. I provide services ranging from coaching and training to program reviews that show you what's working and where to grow. My approach is consistent and clear: I listen first, then help you take practical next steps to get you or your organization headed in the right direction.
